瑜伽对女大学生心理影响的研究

摘    要:为了探讨瑜伽对女大学生的心理健康影响,综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对进行瑜伽练习的76名女大学生进行研究分析,结果显示:瑜伽练习可以有效缓解女大学生各种不同程度的紧张与压力,提高她们与人交往的能力和学习能力。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of Yoga on girl graduates'pschological health,using the methods of documents,investigation,experiment,stastics and logic analysis,76 girl graduates who are doing Yoga exercises,are studied and analyzed,the result shows: Yoga can release their stress and pressure;Yoga also can improve their ability to study and communicate with others.
