| 摘 要： | 在实施“质量工程”的背景下，当前高校的学科竞赛存在管理和运行机制上的一些问题。为卓有成效地开展学科竞赛活动，应建立合理的管理体系，制定与实施健全的管理制度，确立有效的运行机制，搭建有力的支撑性平台。

| Abstract: | Under the background of ＂quality project＂, some problems exist in the administration and operation mechanism of discipline contests in colleges and universities. For effective organization of all kinds of discipline contests, it is necessary to build a reasonable administrative system, make and implement sound institutions, establish effective operation mechanism, and set up strong supporting platforms. |
