| 摘 要： | 在我国教育事业蓬勃发展,教育结构不断优化的同时,也存在受教育主体机会不平等、教育资源分配不均及教学过程中的不公正等公正缺失现象.这些现象的存在,在一定程度上影响了民众幸福感的提升.现实中,教育公正无疑对民众幸福感的提升发挥着重要作用：它可通过改善民众的经济生活条件、提高民众的社会生活地位、提升民众的精神生活品质、满足民众的自我实现需要等方面提升民众幸福感.因此,在强调以人为本的当代社会,应当通过强化教育公正意识、合理配置教育资源、优化教育结构系统、加快教育制度改革等措施来实现教育公正的优化,以进一步提升民众的幸福感.

| Abstract: | With the development of educational business and the constant optimization of education structure, there are also unfair phenomena, for example, the education opportunity of the body educatee is inequal, the distribution of education resources are uneven and the process of teaching is unfair to all educatees and so on. The existences of these phenomena, to a certain extent, affects the promotion of people＇ s happiness. In reality, the education fairness undoubtedly plays an important role in the promotion of public happiness by improving people＇ s eco- nomic life conditions, boosting people＇ s social life status, promoting the quality of people＇ s spiritual life and meetting the needs of people＇ s self-realization, etc, to reach the the aim of improving public well-being. There- fore, in the contemporary society which emphasizing people-oriented, we should strengthen the awareness of edu- cation fairness, allocate education resources reasonablely, optimize the education structure system, speed up the reform of education system and take other measures to realize the optimization of the education fairness and to enhance the happiness of the demos. |
