| 摘 要： | 高职教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，在高等教育大众化进程中，已呈现出前所未有的发展势头，但也产生了招生“难”、教学“难”、管理“难”和就业“难”等问题，通过对高职教育阶段发展产生“四难”的原因分析，探讨高职教育进一步发展应着力解决的若干问题。
