| 摘 要： | 作为一项成本巨大的的制度创新,中国社区建设到底应该走向何方?笔者在进行多次社区调查的基础上,对以下问题进行了规范性讨论:社区建设的体制基础、社区自治组织的选择、有意义的市民参与、市民团体的兴起等等。论文指出,社区建设如何才能成功?社区建设何时才能成功?这一问题的答案实际上已经超越了社区的边界而变成了宏观结构的改变。正因为如此,我国社区建设必定是一个需要更多理性与耐心的漫长过程。
