| 摘 要： | 知识产权制度实践必须以文化的认同为前提.遵循知识产权制度与知识产权文化良性互动的运行进路,我国的知识产权文化建设应当采纳与传统文化相融合、与经济发展水平相适应、与知识产权制度的国际协调趋势相包容以及与建设创新型国家目标相呼应的基本思路.

| Abstract: | The practice of intellectual property system must be based on self-identity of culture.Basing on the benign intercommunion mechanism between intellectual property system and intellectual property culture,we should construct a wisdom intellectual property culture which can suit to our country's excellent traditional culture and the level of economic development,and can accept the trend of international harmonization for intellectual property system,and also can respond well to the target of constructing innovative country. |
