| 摘 要： | 湘西旅游资源数量多、品位高、种类各异，对湘西旅游发展进行正确的战略匹配分析是开发利用旅游资源和旅游业重要前提。本在详细地分析了湘西旅游资源的内部条件和外部环境基础上，提出湘西旅游大胆发展战略，并比较详细地分析了其旅游发展的具体措施。
