| 摘 要： | 劳动合同是劳动者与用人单位确立劳动关系、明确双方权利和义务的协议。劳动合同对保护劳动者的合法权益非常重要,农民工由于各种原因在劳动关系中处于明显的弱势地位,尤其需要运用劳动合同来保护自身的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The labor contract is an agreement between the laborer and the working unit to establish labor relations and definitude the rights and obligations of both sides.The labor contract is very important to the protection of peasant workers＇ legal rights.Due to various causes,however,peasant workers are obviously in the disadvantage position in the labor relations and therefore,they are in great need to resort to the labor contract to protect their legal rights. |
