DZJ-B电机智能监控器在选煤系统中的应用

摘    要:淮南矿业集团谢桥煤矿选煤厂,是一座特大型坑口动力煤选煤厂,年入洗800万吨,该厂在建设时正值煤炭行业困难时期,因资金不足,电动机保护使用了DB-5型电子式电动机综合保护器,该保护器工作性能不可靠,时常误动作,甚至出现过保护器失灵烧电机事故;在选煤厂技术改造时引进了DZJ—B电机智能监控器。全部替代了DB-5型电子式电动机综合保护器,DZJ—B电机智能监控器采用单片机控制,具有智能保护、LED显示、故障记忆等功能;经过现场二年多的使用,该监控器工作性能稳定、准确、可靠,具有逻辑判断能力强,运算速度快,保护功能强大.便于安装等特点.适用于电动机的保护。

Abstract:Xieqiao Mine Coal Select Plant of Huainan Coal Mining group, it is a super-huge motive force coal near coal-mine that is selected the coal works, enter washing 8 million tons every year. This factory is on the occasion of the difficult period of coal trade in construction, because of lack funds, the motor used the electron type to protect device synthetically of motor of Model DB-5, which is not reliable and correct, even make some accidents. Later on the process of improvement and renovation, DZJ-B electricity watch-dog is applied to the technological transformation of coal works, which completely substitute the electron type protecting device synthetically of motor of Model DB-5. DZJ- B electricity quick-witted can watch-dog adopt one-chip computer control, having intelligent protection, LED show, memory of the trouble, etc. Through the use of on-the-spot more than two years, this working performance of watch-dog is steady, accurate, reliable, having logic excellent judgement, fast operation, powerful protection, easy installation. It is very suitable for the protection of the motor. This paper introduces its operation principle emphatically.
