摘    要:研究了亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)对小麦幼苗硒积累和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果表明:Na2SeO3能够促进麦苗体内硒的积累,加强GSH-Px的合成,提高小麦幼苗体内GSH-Px的活性。随着处理时间的增加,幼苗体内硒的含量逐日增加,硒对GSH-Px合成的促进作用逐渐增强,且外源硒对体内硒含量的影响要大于对GSH-Px活性的影响。

Abstract:Effects of selenium on the accumulation of selenium and the activity of GSH-Px of wheat seedlings were studied. The results show that Na2SeO3 can enhance the accumulation of selenium and the synthesis of GSH-Px. And it can heighten the activity of GSH-Px. With the addition of treatment time, the content of selenium and the synthesis of GSH-Px were enhanced with daytime. And the effect of exterior selenium on the content of interior selenium was higher than on the activity of GSH-Px.
