| 摘 要： | 发挥高校思想政治教育教师的人格魅力是改善和提高高校思想政治教育实效的一条重要途径。高校思想政治教育教师人格魅力的作用主要表现在:有利于促进学生良好品质形成、激发学生的学习兴趣、改善师生关系,有助干教师威信的确立、提升教师的道德人格。提升高校思想政治教育教师人格魅力的途径:提高自身的政治素质;铸炼师德,为人师表;提升"师爱";锤炼稳定的心理素质。

| Abstract: | Developing the teachers' personality charms of the political and ideological education is an important approach to improving and elevating the practical results of the thoughts and politics educating in colleges and universities. The functions mainly show as follows: doing good to promoting the formation of the students' good characters, inspiring their studying interests, improving the relations between the teachers and the students, setting up the teachers' authorities, refining the teachers' moral personality. The approaches to elevating the teachers' personality charms lie in: improving the teachers' own political quality; moulding the teachers' morality, being the model of others; refining the teachers' love; casting the stable mental quality. |
