| 摘 要： | 健商是一个建立在全新理念和健康知识基础之上的全面的、综合的健康概念。代表着一个人所具有的健康意识、健康知识、健康能力和水平。是学校体育教学改革的新思路。将健商文化教育融入到学校体育教学中，应注意体育教材的建设。加强体育教师健商文化的再教育，采取理论知识与实践相结合的教育方式，形成一种多元化的教育方式。

| Abstract: | HQ is a generl and integrated concept based on a completely new idea and healthy information. It represents the health conscience,knowledge,comperence and degree a man has.It is also a new idea of gymnastic innovation in school.Attention should be paid to the construction of gymanastic teaching material when putting HQ education into the gymanastic teaching. Reinfore the advanced education for PE teacher. Adopt the method combming the theories and practice to form a multi-education. |
