| 摘 要： | 对十个传统菊花品种进行组织培养，筛选出了适合它们生长的增殖培养基和生根培养基配方，在增殖培养中进行了抗病毒剂复壮处理，提出了一套利用组培进行复壮快速繁殖的简便技术流程，并在养护过程中观察到复壮组培苗比扦插苗具有长势壮，分枝多，花大，抗病性强的特点。

| Abstract: | Tissue culture was done on ten traditional cultivars of chrysanthemum. Some kinds of tissue culture medium suitable for propagation were selected and rooted growth. Through experiments, a set of simple and convenient produce procedure was improved about tissue culture rehealty and rapid propagation. Rehealthy treatments were done during propagating culture using anti-virus agent. During growth period, we observed that tissue culture plants were strong than cuttage plants, they also had more shoots, big flower and strong disease resistance. |
