| 摘 要： | 市民社会是市场经济发展的必然趋势与必然结果,市场经济的内在本性要求市民社会应该从政治国家中分离出来。市场经济为市民社会的产生提供了前提与基础,市场经济是市民社会的基本建制,是其根本性动力。同时新社会阶层在我国经济社会发展中具有非常重要的作用,为市民社会的进一步发展与完善提供了现实性动力。在当代研究市民社会理论对我国正在进行的和谐社会构建以及完善社会主义市场经济体制等具有重大的理论意义与实践意义。

| Abstract: | Civil society is an inevitable trend of the development of market economy, whose intrinsic nature requires the separation of civil society from the political state. Market economy is thus the premise and foundation of civil society and the market economy is the basic institution and the fundamental motive of civil society. The new social class is playing an important part in China＇s economic and social developmcnt and actually pushes the further development of civil society. A study of the civil society theory is of great practical anti theoretical significance in building a harmonious society and improving the socialist market economy. |
