课程改革的理性反思

摘    要:在全国基础教育课程改革由点上开花到面上突破的实质推广阶段,作为国家级首批课程改革实验区,深圳市南山区对四年来新课程实施的情况进行了全面调研,形成了调研总报告和八个分报告。该区部分中小学领导对新课程实践进行了回顾与反思,直面新一轮基础教育课程改革的实践困惑,比较深入、系统地探讨了新课程创新的精神实质、观念与行为存在距离的原因、综合课程存在的问题、新课程实践中教师教育科研的对策以及新课程评价改革的出路等问题。

Abstract:In the period of profound development of national basic education reform,an overall survey on the four-year's new curriculum implementation has been carried out in Nanshan District Shenzhen,the first pilot area of curriculum reform,which has presented an general report and eight sub-reports.The leaders reviewed and reflected the new curriculum implementation in primary and secondary schools,faced directly the puzzles and problems on curriculum reform of basic education,discussed profoundly and systematically the essence of new curriculum innovation,the reasons for the gap between ideas and behaviors,the problems of the curriculum of integrated practical activity,the counter-measures for teachers' education and research in the new curriculum,the way of new curriculum evaluation,etc.
