摘    要:自新中国成立以来,我国聋教育先后经历了以1956-1957年聋校班级教学计划、1984年教学计划、1993年课程计划、2007年课程实验方案和2017年课程标准为代表的课程变革。在此进程中,聋校课程发展经历了从模仿借鉴到本土化课程探索再到中国特色聋校课程体系建立的内在发展逻辑。这个过程既是聋校课程与普通学校课程良性互动的过程,也是兼顾国家统一要求与地方和学校特色发展的调适过程,是培养社会公民的一致要求与发展学生个性的特殊需要的平衡过程。经过70年的发展演进,我国已逐步建立起具有中国特色的聋校课程体系。

Abstract:Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the education for the deaf has experienced curriculum reform represented by the Class Teaching Plan for Deaf School(1956—1957),the Teaching Plan for Deaf School(1984),the Curriculum Plan for Deaf School(1993),the Compulsory Education Curriculum Implementation Plan for Deaf School(2007)and the Compulsory Education Curriculum Standard for Deaf School(2017).In the process of curriculum development and evolution in schools for the deaf,the curriculum development of local schools for the deaf has experienced the internal logic of development of imitating,exploration of curriculum in localized schools for the deaf,and establishment of curriculum system for deaf schools with Chinese characteristics.It is a process of benign interaction between deaf school curriculum and ordinary school curriculum,an adjustment process that takes into account the unified requirements of the state and the unique needs of local and school,and a balancing process that cultivates the consistent requirements of social citizens and the special needs of developing students,personalities.With the 70 years'development and evolution,China has established a curriculum system with Chinese characteristics for schools for the deaf.
