| 摘 要： | 人才成长离不开两个基本条件——内在因素与外在因素。诸多外在因素中,领导者的人才观念对人才的培养成长有着举足轻重的作用。阐述了领导者的人才观念与人才培育的重要关系,以及一个思想开拓、精神进取、任贤举能的领导、领导班子应具备的人才观念。

| Abstract: | The growth of talented people involes two basic conditions internal and external factors. Amid many external factors, the sense of talents by lerdership plays an essential role in cultivation and growth of talents. It is discussed that there is an important relation between sense of talents and cultivation of talents by leadership, and that sense of talents should be possessed by an open-minded, aggressive, talent-appointed leader and a leading group. |
