| 摘 要： | 目的]为探讨大学生脊椎弯曲体育康复矫正效果,进行了实验研究.方法]采用体育康复训练法,对30名大学生进行了为期14周的脊柱弯曲体育康复矫正实验.结果]颈前屈平均减少0.87 cm,P<0.01,并有16名脊柱弯曲过大的大学生恢复到正常范围,肺活量平均增加76 m l,P<0.01.结论]脊柱弯曲体育康复矫正训练对大学生具有一定的效果,同时对肺活量的增加等也有一定的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective] The experiment is explored to research the exercise remedy effect of neck spine curve for college students.Methods] The exercise remedy is undertaken for 30 college students who suffered the neck spine curve in the course of 14 weeks.Results] The results show the average forward curve reduced 0.87cm(p<0.01),and 16 students'neck spine curve recovered to the normal,the vital volume increased 76ml(p<0.01) after exercise remedy.Conclusion] The results demonstrate that the exercise remedy has some effects on the students'forward-neck spine curve,and also increased somewhat vital volume. |
