“参花合剂”对推迟疲劳及提高运动能力的作用研究

摘    要:目的]旨在探讨“参花合剂”在推迟疲劳及提高运动能力中的作用.方法]采用运动后即刻的生理、生化指标,对60名男性受试者(其中30名实验组,30名为对照组)服用“参花合剂”50 d前、后分别进行的运动试验进行对比分析.结果]服用“参花合剂”50 d后,实验对象在定量负荷运动时心率、吸氧量等比服用前明显降低(p<0.05);实验对象在极量负荷运动时,心率、吸氧量等比服用前明显增加,极量负荷的运动持续的时间明显延长(p<0.05);血LA、血清CK、血清LDH明显降低(p<0.05);极量负荷后的恢复期时间明显缩短(p<0.05).相反,对照组的实验前后的各种指标均无明显的变化(p>0.05).结论]“参花合剂”可有效地提高受试者的运动能力和推迟疲劳的出现,证明“参花合剂”可作为抗疲劳补剂的一种,成为运动员提高运动成绩的辅助手段之一.

Abstract:Objective]The purpose of the paper is to try to investigate the effectiveness of the mixture of ginseng and pollen in increasing the subjects'physical abilities and postponing the occurring of the sports fatigue.Methods]60 male volunteers (30 for experiment and 30 for controlling group) have been examined and analyzed physiologically and bio-chemically by workload exercise 50days later after being given the mixture of ginseng and pollen and before that respectively.Results]The results showed that 50days later after being given the mixture of ginseng and pollen,the subjects in experiment had lower HR,Oxygen uptake and other variable than those before period significantly at given workload exercise (p<0.05);The subjects in experiment had higher HR,Oxygen uptake and other variable than those before that period significantly at maximal workload exercise (p<0.05).The subjects in experiment had lower LA CK and LDH than those before that period significantly at maximal workload exercise (p<0.05).Also the subjects have long-last working period before the exhaustion and have the short period of recovery after that exhaustion (p<0.05). However,the subjects'physiological and biochemical variables in controlling group had no significant different in each situations before and after experiment (p>0.05).Conclusion]The results suggest that the mixture of ginseng and pollen can effectively increase the subjects'physical abilities and postpone the occurring of the sports fatigue,and that the mixture of ginseng and pollen be used as one of the anti-fatigue supplements for athletes.
