| 摘 要： | 目的]观察黄芪成分F3新制剂对胃癌(BGC-823)细胞株体外细胞生长、抑制作用.方法]利用基因组DNA电泳,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡.结果]基因组DNA电泳出现“梯形”条带;流式细胞仪分析出现低于G1期DNA含量的亚二倍体凋亡率.结论]黄芪成分F3新制剂对胃癌细胞有明显的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the inhibitory effect of F3 new preparation from Astragalus membranaceus on the cell of human stomach cancer. Method] The cell of human stomach can cer was manmer of direct medicine or combined medicine. Sub-G1 cells were observed by flow cytometry, the total sub-G1-phase. Results] When the DNA group was electrophoresis, it will appear trapezia belt: by flow cytometry analysize that dead rate of is lower
than the DNA of period G1. Conclusion] Fe New preparation from astragalus membranaceus has apparently inhibitory effect on the cell of human stomach cancer. |
