| 摘 要： | “举国体制”是计划经济时代的产物,在现行的市场经济体制下运行,暴露出种种弊端。在简要论述“举国体制”产生、发展及当前运行现状的基础上,对制约“举国体制”变革的因素进行分析。体育目的偏执、政府职能转换不到位以及体育改革自身滞后性、复杂性和不确定性等特点是制约“举国体制”变革的重要因素,这些分析,对变革“举国体制”,深化中国体育体制改革具有现实意义和参考价值。

| Abstract: | "Nationwide System"is a product under planned economy system.Its drawbacks are becoming increasingly obvious under the present market economy system.With analysis of emergence,development and present situation of "Nationwide System",the restricting causes of transformation of the system is analyzed.Low efficiency of transforma-tion of government function and sports,uncertainties are main restricting causes leading to the present situation. |
