| 摘 要： | 医学是一门对专业理论和实践操作要求较强的学科，因此医学专业学生的培养过程一般分为校内基本理论学习与校外临床医院实习两个阶段。在医学院校，人们通常将后者称为医学后期教育教学管理阶段。分析现行实习管理模式的弊端，积极探索医学后期教育教学管理工作的特点及其规律，构建顺应时代特征的计算机网络化管理模式，对促进医学教育改革，确保医学专业人才培养质量具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the problems that exited in the traditional later period medical education and teaching,this article suggests a convenient,fast and effective net management mode in the later period medical education and teaching,which can help to promote the reform of medical education and teaching,raise the management efficiency and guarantee the goal of cultivating qualified college students. |
