| 摘 要： | 公共交通服务提升是湖州市加强基层站所建设,提供群众满意服务的重要领域。近年来湖州市公共交通服务在宏观制度的顶层设计和微观措施的具体落实上都积累了可贵的经验,取得了良好的效果。然而随着城市发展,湖州市公共交通服务提升也遇到了许多制约因素,应从公交优先理念、资金支持、解决司乘人员紧缺问题、公交路权优先、公交基础设施建设、政策扶持等六个方面促进湖州市公共交通服务的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | The promotion of public traffic service is an important area to strengthen the grass--root station construction and provide satisfactory service in Huzhou. In recent years, Huzhou has accumula- ted a great deal of precious experience about the macro--system design and workable micro--measure implementation, which has brought about good effects. But along with the development of our city, there are many factors restricting the promotion of the public traffic service. So we should promote the further development of the public traffic service in Huzhou form the six respects of public traffic first, fund support, solution of the problem of insufficient drivers, public traffic road right first, prior to en- suring the road right of public traffic, construction of the fundamental installations and policy support. |
