| 摘 要： | 酒店实验室是高校培养酒店管理专业人才的重要教学平台。通过总结近年来高校酒店实验室的建设,探讨了高校酒店实验室建设在各个发展阶段需要注重的关键问题,提出了相应的解决对策,并以此为高校酒店实验室建设的科学规划与管理提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | Hotel laboratory is one of the important teaching platforms in fostering hotel management professionals.Summarizing the hotel laboratory construction of the colleges and universities in recent years,this paper discusses the main problems in each stage of development of the hotel laboratory construction,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide decision support for university about the scientific planning and management of hotel laboratory construction. |
