| 摘 要： | 随着企业改革不断深入 ,企业党组织必须建立新的工作机制 ,强化队伍管理 ,以思想政治建设为重点 ,狠抓作风建设 ,发挥政治核心作用。主动参与生产经营决策 ,主动承担生产经营任务 ,找准结合点 ,把思想政治工作落到实处 ,促进企业的改革、稳定和发展。企业党务工作者应不断提高素质 ,改进工作方法 ,以适应新形势的要求

| Abstract: | With the further development of the reform of the enterprises, a new operation system for the Party organization of enterprises must be established to intensify the enterprises management. Focus on the construction of ideological work and concentrating on the construction of working style in order to play the core role of politics effectively, ideological work can only be put into effect so long as participating in the decision making and taking some tasks in the production operation, with a good combination of all aspects. The reform, stability and development of enterprises can be promoted thereafter. At the same time, Party workers in the enterprises should improve their qualities constantly; modify their methods for the requirements of the new situation. |
