| 摘 要： | 本文通过对洛阳市社会体育现状的调查 ,具体分析了洛阳市居民参加体育锻炼的态度、基本状况和影响体育锻炼的主要因素 .并提出了相应的对策 ,以期为洛阳市社会体育的健康发展提供有益的参考 .

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of Luoyang social physical exercising situation, the paper has analyzed the citizens' attitude towards physical exercise, the main factors affecting them doing exercising and the basic exercising situation. And it has also put forward some countermeasures, in order to offer useful reference to the healthy development of Luoyang social physical exercising. |
