| 摘 要： | 运用卡特尔 16种人格因素量表 (16PF) ,对河南省 4 0多所高校学报的 2 8名男编辑、2 1名女编辑进行测验 ,结果发现 :男性学报编辑在世故性、实验性、乐群性、敏感性、幻想性和忧虑性等人格特征方面与常模存在差异 ,女性学报编辑在有恒性、世故性、稳定性、幻想性等人格特征方面与常模存在差异 ,编辑人格特征性别差异不显著。但无论是男编辑或是女编辑 ,在人格特征上都需要进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The result of the test using Carter 16 Personality Factors Form (16PF) on 28 male editors and 21 female editors over 40 colleges and universities of Henan Province shows that male editors differ from the normal in the nature of experiment, sociability illusion and anxiety while the female in perseverance, worldliness, stability and illusion. The difference of personality characteristics between male and female editors is not noticeable. Improvement of personality characteristics is still needed for both male and female editors. |
