| Abstract: | This article, in the light of the new request for the support leg walking skill in the athletics regulation 1998, has improved the teaching method of “Straight Legs Landing Skill” and “Keeping the Support Leg Extending Skill", which is based on the quick teaching method that stresses the hipbone skill. |
