| 摘 要： | 河南省社会工作职业化是构建和谐河南的需要。它具有国内外相关经验借鉴的条件,也存在着对社会工作职业认同度不高、行业规范和行为标准不健全、民间非政府组织发展不力等不利因素。河南省应充分利用当前发展社会工作的各种有利条件,发挥政府在社会工作职业化过程中的主导作用,加大对社会工作的指导和投入力度,建立健全社会工作运行的机制和法律制度,为社会工作职业化建设提供政策支持与制度保障。

| Abstract: | Professionalizing social work is needed to build harmonic community in Henan.There are relevant experiences from abroad to draw on and also the thing is there are many disadvantageous conditions such as inadequate importance recognition of social work,scarce vocational regulation and standard,feeble development of non-governmental organization.Henan province should make full use of current advantageous conditions of developing social work and establishing a dominant governmental role in this process to increase expenditure and supervision,build efficient social work mechanism and legal facilities,and provide policy and regulation support for professionalizing social work. |
