滚动轴承铣削机床的设计与实现

摘    要:针对一种用于滚动轴承精加工的铣削机床的总体设计方案,详细分析其总体结构布局、各个组成模块的实现功能和主要的实现方法。结果发现,整个机床设计过程中,铣削动力头是一个关键模块,文中给出了其结构图,以及传动齿轮、主轴和切削刀盘等主要部件的设计。最后阐述了夹具和定位系统的设计与实现方法,从横向、纵向和垂直方向联合考虑,实现精加工的精确定位的需求。

Abstract:Studying one kind of milling machine design applying the rolling spindle to precision machining,the author of this paper analyzes in detail the overall structural configuration,each composition module realization function and main realization method of this milling machine.Through the analysis,it has been found that the design for milling energy head was an essential module in the milling machine design process.This paper has produced its structure drawing,as well as other major component design: transmission gear,main axle and cutting tools and so on.Finally it elaborates the design and realizing methods of the jig and the positioning system,and how the precision work pint pointing demand can be met through overall considerations.
