| 摘 要： | 高职教师队伍仍然是当前制约高职教育发展、影响高职教育质量的一个关键问题和薄弱环节,为改变高职教师队伍这一现状,各高职院校在教师管理过程中,应当把制定教师考评制度当作一项重要工作来抓。本文通过本校高职教师工作质量考评的实践探索,阐明了教师工作及考评的观点,提出了理论依据,论述了意义,阐述了高职教师工作质量考评的工作过程,并进行了理性反思。

| Abstract: | The current restriction of vocational education development and its impact on education quality lie in vocational contingent of teachers.In order to change this situation,the teacher evaluation system should be taken as an important task in the management process of vocational contingent of teachers.This paper,by the exploration of the quality of evaluation practice,elaborates on the work of teachers and the evaluation,and puts forward a theoretical basis for the evaluation on the quality of the higher vocational teachers' work process,and a rational reflection. |
