摘    要:表面物理与化学重点实验室拥有众多的青年科研人员,他们是决定实验室长远发展的关键因素之一.在传统激励机制效果弱化的情况下,应结合青年科研人员特点,树立以人为本的理念,通过有效构建和维护良好的心理契约,实现实验室青年科研人员的人本管理,从而激发和保持他们创新创造的激情.
