| 摘 要： | 国家重点实验室是我国贯彻科教兴国战略的一项重要举措,论文对目前国家重点实验室的布局、队伍建设、研究水平、经费支持、运行管理等几个方面进行了统计分析。叙述了国家重点实验室发展中存在的问题,并以作物种质创新与资源利用国家重点实验室培育基地建设经验为例,对重点实验室如何定位、特色凝练、创新管理及发挥科研成果在经济建设中的作用等提出了思考意见。

| Abstract: | Statistical analysis on the state key laboratories current situation on several aspects like distribution,team building,research level,financial support,operating management was conducted.The problems and its countermeasures concerning the state key laboratory’s development were discussed and the opinions on the state key laboratory how to locate,features concise,innovative manage,and to bring into play scientific research in the economy construction,were presented. |
