| 摘 要： | 文章以植物生理学的研究热点之一热激诱导的耐热性为线索,把一系列零散单一的、互不相干的实验根据其内在联系串联起来,整合为一个大的综合性实验,增强了实验教学的层次性和综合性,激发了学生的实验兴趣,提高了实验教学的质量。

| Abstract: | Taking heat shock-induced heat tolerance as clue,a series of scattered,single and inconnected experiments were tied according to their intrinsic connection,and synthetized as a synthetic experiment,which enhances the arrangement of ideal and synthesis of experimental teaching,excitates students' interest in doing experiments and improves the quality of experimental teaching. |
