| 摘 要： | 21世纪现代科学技术迅速发展，出版业也随着发生了巨大变化，青年编辑应具备怎样的知识，已成为编辑者深思的问题。适应现代社会所需的编辑的知识结构，决不是单纯的语言学知识，或是某一专业知识，现代青年编辑应具备“复合型”知识结构，成为一名知识“复合体”的人才。
