教师发展学校建设标准参考纲要

摘    要:为了推动教师发展学校的建设,积极适应基础教育改革的需要,进一步推进素质教育,本文提供了一个教师发展学校建设标准参考纲要。该标准包括:实现大学和中小学的合作,促进教师教育专业化、一体化和终身化的实现;建有务实有效的教师专业发展制度;编制以教学研合一教师专业工作方式为核心的教师专业发展目标系统;将研究与理解学生作为教师专业发展的中心;拥有多学科的专家队伍,实现大学学术文化和中小学实践文化的互动;重视并拥有有效的教师评价等。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of teacher development school, to meet the demands of basic education re- form, and to advance“Quality Education”further, this paper has provided a referential compendium of the construction standards for teacher development school. The standards include: implementing cooperation between universities and schools; accelerating professionalization and integration of teacher education and conducting it for life; building practical and effective teacher professional development system; working out goal system for teacher professional development which takes the combination of teaching, learning and research as its core; looking research and understanding students as the fo- cus of teacher professional development; obtaining multidisciplinary experts and making academic cultures in universities in- teract with practical cultures in schools; attaching importance to and holding effective teacher evaluation system.
