| 摘 要： | 教师的消极影响,本文特指对学生造成负面效应的教师影响,它不利于学生的健康发展,甚至把学生引向健康发展的反面。教师的消极影响主要来自偏误的认知、不良的情绪和态度、不当的言语、不当的行为。这些消极影响除了一些直接伤害学生健康之外,其余往往可能经过若干中间环节如心理暗示、情绪感染、心理惩罚、标签预言、观察学习等对学生发生负面作用。要防范教师的消极影响,就需要加强教师管理工作,实行教师问责制;另一方面也需要教师自身强化教育学意向,从源头上加以防范。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of the teacher's negative effect refers to a negative impact of the teacher on his students,which is not conducive to students' healthy development and even leads them to the negative.The teacher's negative impact comes from his cognitive biases,negative emotions and attitudes,inappropriate words,and improper conduct.In addition to these direct damages on student health,the rest works through a number of intermediate links,such as psychological suggestion,emotion and mental punishment,label prediction,and observational learning.There should be some measures to prevent the teacher's negative effect. |
