基于听评课的教师评价素养提升策略研究

摘    要:教师评价素养的养成与教师日常教学密不可分,"听评课"作为日常的教研活动形式,是帮助教师诊断教学、改进教学的重要途径。基于此,本文分析了"听评课"中所表现的教师评价素养的缺失,探讨了产生其原因所在,试图从改变评价形式、设计评价工具、引导评价反思这三个方面来探索提升教师评价素养的策略。

Abstract:The fulfillment of the teacher's assessment accomplishment is tightly related to his or her daily teaching practices.As a regular activity in teaching researches,the class evaluation can help teachers to assess and improve their teaching activities.For this reason,this paper analyses the problems of teacher assessment in the classroom at first,then discusses the causes of these issues.Finally,it puts forward some effective strategies that can improve the teacher assessment accomplishment,such as changing evaluation forms,designing evaluation tools,and guiding assessments and reflections.
