| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对河南省农村中学生课外体育活动情况进行调查研究．结果显示：1）河南省农村中学生课外体育活动的现状不容乐观．2）学习压力较大、缺乏场地设施以及自身体育基础差是制约农村中学生参加课外体育活动的主要消极因素．3）个人的兴趣爱好、增进健康以及受他人的影响是促进农村中学生参加课外体育活动的主要积极因素．提出培养学生体育兴趣，营造校园体育氛围，树立素质教育思想以及加强场地器材建设等应对措施．

| Abstract: | The extracurricular sports activities of rural middle school students in Henan province are surveyed by using the methods of questionnaire and interview in this paper.The result includes:Firstly,the rural middle school students’ extracurricular sports activities in Henan province is not optimistic.Secondly,study pressure,lack of facilities and their physical basis difference are the main negative factors which constrain rural middle school students taking part in extracurricular sports activities.Thirdly,personal interesting,to improve health and being influenced by others are the main positive factors which promote rural middle school students taking part in extracurricular sports activities.And put forward the following suggestions:cultivating students’ interest of sports,creating an atmosphere on campus sports,setting up quality education thought,amd strengthening the sports equipment construction. |
