| Abstract: | This paper presents a brief history of the development of electronic devices. It points out that whenever an important development of electronic devises occurs, every field of science and technology will surely be given a great impetus to. This paper stresses on the present trends of electronic device development , including higher speed, more varieties, greater integration level,special purpose chip, lower price,etc.These trends will cause great and deep changes in every field of electronic product designs and the market as well. |
