| 摘 要： | 黑格尔认为,理性即正义。现实的正义不过是理性的正义的自我实现,正义的现实性存在于正义的必然性之中,人类正义的发展历程决不是田园诗般令人快意的,人民群众只是理性和正义自我实现的工具。黑格尔看不到人民群众在正义的实现中的主体作用。

| Abstract: | Hegel thought that reason is justice.the reality of justice is the self-realization of the reason of justice.The reality of justice exists in the inevitability of justice.The developmental process of justice is by no means idyllic Fiat' s.The people are just the tool for self-realization of reason and justice.Hegel can not see the main role of people in the realization of justice. |
