| 摘 要： | “市民社会“概念是马克思著作中的一个基本范畴。从法哲学批判到政治经济学分析,马克思的市民社会思想有一个逐步演变和提升的过程。马克思的市民社会思想不仅是马克思创立唯物史观的理论突破口,而且也是整个市民社会思想史上的重要一环。
