| 摘 要： | 旅游学科界有不少专家和学者,把十六大报告提出的我国近期社会发展战略与全国旅游业尤其是大范围欠发达地区的旅游产业开发结合起来研究,提出了"小康旅游"的新概念,对应于巢湖把旅游业作为"支柱产业"的定位是适应的,尤其对已有的"规划"作出合理的调整,并进行有效的开发,是不无启发的;真正意义上的旅游市场的全面展开,是和"小康社会"的实现、人民的生活真正达到小康水平休戚相关的,小康生活是旅游的基础,旅游是小康社会的人的普遍行为;<巢湖旅游业发展总体规划>存在着诸多不尽如人意的地方,需要进一步修改、完善;作为中部地区经济不算落后又欠发达的巢糊,需要把发展旅游业置之于全面发展巢湖经济中去思考,量力而行,集中投资,打造精品,合理开发,逐步实现全面小康旅游.

| Abstract: | Many specialists and scholars on tourist industry combined the short-t erm strategy of our society raised in The 16th National Congress with national t ourist industry especially with the exploiting of underdeveloped area. They adva nced the new concept "comfortably-off travel" which adapted to the position of C haohu tourist industry as "pillar industry", it also important to adjust and d ev elop "the planning". The real meaning of the tourist market was connected to t he realizing of "comfortably-off society" and people's life. Comfortably-off lif e was the basis of travel and travel was the universal act in comfortably-off soci ety. "The overall plan on the development of Chaohu tourist industry" was stil l imperfect and needed to be modified and made perfect. As a underdeveloped area C haohu should put the tourist industry into the develop of Chaohu economy to real ize the comfortably-off travel. |
