| 摘 要： | 在国际关系理论的发展过程中，西方学者不断提出“人权无国界”、“人权高于主权”等论调，西方国家借口人权干涉别国的事件更是屡见不鲜。但是，当今世界是一个主权独立和平等的社会，任何国家都不得借口尊重和保护人权，侵犯他国主权和干涉他国的内政。为此，我们有必要重新认识人权保护和国家主权原则之间的关系，坚决抵制西方学者的错误观点，反对西方国家的不当行为。

Therefore, it is necessary for us to understand the relationship between human rights protection and national sovereignty principle. |
