| 摘 要： | 加入WTO是我国政治、经济、贸易、化方面的一件大事。WTO是市场经济规则的必然反映。WTO的规则要求其成员国的国内法律与WTO的规则相吻合。本从政治、经济、法律等若干方面分析了成员国的法律为何要与WTO规则相适应的各种原因。
