基于生命周期的高职高专教师培训模式研究

摘    要:随着我国经济的快速发展和高等教育大众化,高职高专教育的改革发展有了广阔的空间,而高职高专教师作为高等职业教育的核心力量,在其职业发展过程中必然会经历不断成长、不断培训提高的过程。基于生命周期理论,本文提出了高职高专教师职业生涯转型的三种模式以及相应的主要培训形式。通过这些培训,高职高专教师职业生涯的绩效会得以不断提高。

Abstract:With the rapid economic development and the popularization of higher education in our country,the vocational and academic colleges are bound to have a bright potential.As the core of higher vocational education,teachers in the above-mentioned colleges are inevitable to experience career developments and changes.Based on the lifecycle theory,the essay presents three forms of the career transformation of the teachers in vocational and academic colleges.And the main forms of training are also offered which can be greatly helpful to the performance of teachers in vocational and academic colleges.
