| 摘 要： | 本文论证的价值理论建立在马克思劳动价值论框架之外。文中探讨了商品使用价值的两面性，揭示了交换的机理及通过交换增加财富的可能性。文中首次提出了生产定律和生存定律及其推论交换原理一和交换原理二，并探讨了商品价值的两个结构属性——商品社会替代价值Tv和商品社会成本价值Cv。文中利用交换剩余S量化交换满意程度M，得到商品交换满意程度曲线。文中通过论证、数学推导获得商品社会交换区间H=Tv Cv，并进一步论证交换区间H的Pv点处交换发生的概率最大，定义商品价值V为：商品的交换能力，其大小为该商品社会交换区间H中交换概率最大那一点的数值，即价值公式V=(Tv Cv)／2。

| Abstract: | The proof is out of the system of Marx's labour theory of value. the two-side characteristics of commodity use value has been studied. Also the mechanism of exchange and the probability of increasing wealth through trade have been inquired into. In this paper,the theorems of production and existence have been put forward firstly. Principle 1 and principle 2 of exchange have been put forward accordingly. As well as two structural features of commodity use value--Tv(social substitute value)and Cv (social cost value)have been discussed. The curve for satisfaction degree of commodity exchange has been drawn out with S (surplus volume of exchange) and M(the satisfaction degree of exchange). The commodity range of social exchange that is the fomula "H = Tv-Cv" has been deduced mathmatically. Furthermore the occurence is the maxsium at the mid-point of the exchangable range. The definition of the commodity value (V)is commodity exchangeable capability whose volume is mid-volume of commodity social exchangeable range,i, e. V= (Tv+Cv)/2. |
