| 摘 要： | 国有资产监管一直是我国经济体制改革中的中心环节,庞大的国有资产对社会经济发展和社会稳定起着至关重要的作用.随着国有资产流失的加剧,需要在现有的国有资产监管体制上进行创新,以达到广大民众对国有资产监管的参与力度.公益诉讼的构建提供了这样一条合适的途径,通过对国有资产公益诉讼的引进和改良来达到国有资产监管的目的. |
