| 摘 要： | 加强形象建设，是新闻队伍面临的一项长期性的重要工作。当前，市场经济条件下社会风气的负面影响，西方资产阶级新闻观和现存的监督约束机制的乏力还影响着新闻队伍的形象建设。因此，应深入开展马克思主义新闻观教育，努力提高新闻队伍的政治素养；大力加强职业道德教育和优良传统教育，提高新闻队伍的道德素养；大力弘扬奋发向上的作风，努力提高新闻队伍的化素养；狠抓作风建设，努力作到“严、细、深、实”。

| Abstract: | Strengthening image building is a long-term task confronted by the ranks of journalists. At present, the image building of journalists is affected by the negative influence of social morality under the conditions of market economy, the Western bourgeois views of journalism and the weak mechanism of supervision and restriction. Therefore, the following measures should be taken: 1. The education of Marxist views of journalism should be intensified so as to improve the political quality of the ranks of journalists. 2. To improve the journalists' moral quality, major efforts should be made to strengthen the education of professional ethics and of fine tradition. 3. To improve the journalists' cultural quality, the style of working hard and aiming high should be advocated. 4. The building of a fine working style should be vigorously strengthened. |
