| 摘 要： | 近年来辽宁省对外贸易额和利用外资额基本保持稳步增长,但外贸依存度呈现下降态势,且一直低于全国水平.辽宁省外经贸发展面临的问题主要在于贸易规模相对较小,外贸对经济增长贡献有限;进出口商品结构有待优化,高新技术产品占比较低;贸易伙伴相对集中;省内各城市发展不协调;外商投资产业分布不均衡.提升辽宁经济开放度的对策包括:提高进出口企业创新能力;多渠道开拓国际市场;引导外资在地区间合理分布,加大对欧美发达国家的引资力度;加强信息化建设,改善进出口环境.

| Abstract: | Recent years the amount of foreign trade and utilizing foreign investment of Liaoning province has increased steadily.But the foreign trade dependency has declined and below the level of nationwide.The main problems of Liaoning's foreign economy and trade development include that the trade scale is relatively small,the contribution of foreign trade to economic growth is limited;the import and export commodity structure needs to be optimized,the proportion of high and new technology products is low;the trading partners are relatively centralized;the cities in Liaoning developed inharmoniously;the industrial distribution of foreign investment is uneven.The countermeasure of promoting Liaoning's economic openness includes that improving the innovation abilities of export enterprises;exploiting the international market through various channels;leading the foreign capital distribute reasonably among the cities,intensifying to attract the capital of European and American countries;reinforcing the information construction and improving the import and export environment. |
